How do you use the hydrating lip balm with volumising effect? 1. Apply the product directly to the lips following their shape, starting from the inside and working outwards. 2. Repeat as desired throughout the day for soft, hydrated lips at all times. At what stage of your lip care routine should you apply lip balm? Lip balm should be the last product applied in your lip care routine, after your scrub and mask. The scrub exfoliates your lips, the mask deeply nourishes them and the balm is applied at the end to hydrate them. When is a lip care routine useful? Not only is it a good idea to follow a lip care routine when your lips are dry and chapped, but it also helps reduce the appearance of fine lines on the lips and keeps them properly hydrated.
